TeviSystems was created because the founders believed there was a better way to
serve clients. Too many IT projects either fail outright or are otherwise not as
successful as they should be. Perhaps surprisingly, they rarely fail due to
technical problems. They fail because of inadequate management, miscommunication and
ultimately the loss of trust between the customer and the consultant. Our approach
includes four primary principles to avoid these commons problems.
Listen
Open Pipeline
Agility
Integrity
First, we work to understand your needs. At TeviSystems, we are excellent
listeners. We know that your business is unique and has challenges that are unique
to you. So first and foremost we listen as you describe your needs. Then we
combine this with our first-class storyboarding and wireframe design sketches.
These help keep the information flowing. Many times our customers don't know
exactly what they want until they see it. By visualizing the solution, we can
ensure that we both share the same vision for your solution.
Our second and perhaps most important principle is communication. Many projects fail simply because of poor communication. The importance of thorough communication cannot be overstated. There are no surprises in our projects - not with our clients, and not with our project teams. Our structured reports and notification processes ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed. All players, both internally and on the client side, are aware of where they fit into the process and their role in a proactive dialogue. We are communication professionals.
A customer's business environment is not a stone monument, however many firms run projects without adequately anticipating future changes. A project plan is the best way of understanding what you need at the beginning of the project, however as the saying goes, we understand that "Change Happens". Inevitably, new information will be uncovered, business reality may change, or even more simply, mistakes may be discovered in the original plan. We anticipate changes and we plan for them. Agility is integral to our projects and our methods.
Trust, integrity, and responsibility are the pillars of our organization. We do
not comprise these principles. Learn more.
